Gary J. Fedor is president and founder of Capstone Training and Development LLC, an authorized licensee of Sandler Training®, an organization with over 190 franchises having training centers in over 200 cities worldwide. For over 30 years Gary has consistently been a top performer in both sales and sales management across several industries. He has held numerous sales positions ranging from a local field sales representative to multiple Vice President of Global Sales positions. He has also been a Director on several Boards .
He has built and developed high performance sales teams with firms such as Burroughs, Systems Software Associates, Saladin and MAI Basic Four. Gary has led both start- up, small, medium and large sales teams. Several of these experienced growth to annual revenues in excess of $100 million. His local, national and international experience spans multiple industries such as Defense, High Tech, Telecommunications, Transportation, Electronics, Energy, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, and Consumer goods.
His target markets have ranged from small and medium businesses to Fortune 100 companies with a product breadth from small ticket items to multi-million dollar contracts.
Gary has worked with small start-ups introducing new products as well as large multi-billion dollar companies with mature product lines. His product expertise spans hardware/equipment, software, and service solutions . With the desire to leverage his experience and help others excel, Gary started his own company, Capstone Training and Development LLC.
